Corey Gers is an experienced print and digital Art Director and Graphic Designer. He graduated Indiana University with a BA in Advertising and Visual Communications. Later, he went on to receive his MS in New Media, where he dived into web design, UX design, 3D animation and design usability.
Corey has a diverse background, starting his career in outdoor advertising where he gained pivotal design experience that he took when he later became Art Director for one of Indianapolis’s most popular radio stations. At WKLU, Corey rebranded the station with a complete integrated campaign that helped bring in a new era of fans to their base. Additionally at WKLU, Corey shot or directed photography and developed collateral for the Indy 500 and big ticket concerts like BB King, The Grateful Dead and other rock bands.
As Corey progressed in his career, he went to Chicago to work for a boutique design agency where gained broad experience in Sports, Entertainment, Hospitality and Event Design. He created lasting impressions designing for pro sports, including the Cubs, Sox and over 50 other pro teams and venues. Corey directed and executed design for many notable events, including: NBA & NHL All-Star Games, The Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, Final Four, The Democratic National Convention, US Open and various events within the PGA & Nascar.
For the past 7 years, Corey has been working at North America’s largest aerosol manufacturer, where he has taken design control of multiple retail and B2B divisions and developed long lasting brands and award winning design that continues to generate new business and record company profits.
